A perfect pairing

Guests savoured fine flavours at Club Limitada’s exclusive gathering

February is traditionally the month of love, and what was not to love at The Cigar Room at Fairmont The Palm this February, with the latest edition of the Club Limitada proving to be once again at the heart of the city’s cigar lovers scene.

Members gathered to sample the exceptional Davidoff Toro Nicaragua ring 54 X 14cm and the Davidoff Robusto Nicaragua ring 50 X 12.7 cm. These two fine cigars were perfectly matched with 15-year-old Glenfiddich and 18-year-old Chivas. Delectable canapés prepared by The Fairmont’s chef were served and these included smoked salmon tartar, Danish Blue cheese cream with honey and dried fruits, and tenderloin in mini brioche burger with caramelized onions. It was a match made in heaven, or as close as one can get right here on earth!
