The Alef Residences, a new development of luxury homes to be serviced by the W Dubai—The Palm, has revealed the look of its apartments, featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean and skyline views on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah.

The experience centre is now open for visitors and future residents to explore the frankly enormous spaces that the new development will offer.

With only two homes per floor, the residence sets a new industry benchmark in terms of size and quality. A grandiose show apartment has also been launched.

Boasting the latest generation of Miele appliances, the Gourmet kitchen’s lavish design also includes countertops and backsplash from Dekton, Spain, cabinetry from Poggenpohl, and walk-in wardrobes by Polliform.

This bold and creative space has tapped into talent from all around the world, sourcing the finest materials from the UAE, and Europe, including Spain, Italy, Germany and more.

The developer has worked with Hansgrohe, Compac Spain, Marazzi Italy, Listone Giordano and others to ensure the space addresses the distinct gap in the Dubai residential market.

With 104 unique floor plans this means no two living spaces are the same. Architecturally, the structure is inspired by the wadis and bastakiya, and is rooted in the Arabic in which it was born, representing the first development under the Alef brand set to have a global reach starting in the Middle East.

Currently under construction on a 46,840 square-metre plot of land, the fully funded Alef Residences are scheduled for handover in Q2 2017.
