Carl F. Bucherer: Made of Lucerne
On the sidelines of Baselworld 2016, the Swiss watchmaker releases a new brand film redefining the manufacture’s vision.
“Carl F. Bucherer possesses an extraordinary heritage. We are continuing to develop ourselves by going back to our roots and reinterpreting them for the future,” explains Sascha Moeri, CEO of Carl F. Bucherer.
This video was not the only major announcement the brand had in store for the fair’s visitors, Carl F. Bucherer also unveiled its new in-house movement. Following the success of the first movement, the CFB A1000 launched in 2008, the watchmaker unveiled in Basel the CFB A2000.
Entirely produced in Lucerne, the movement boasts an automatic winding system and a peripheral rotor. The CFB A2000 offers improved accuracy and can be fixed into a large number of the manufacturer’s timepieces.
