During the Habanos World Days Virtual Event, Habanos, S.A. revealed the elegant Humidor Cohiba 55 Aniversario commemorating this iconic brand 55th anniversary.
Every Festival del Habano ended with a black-tie event where unique humidors were auctioned to raise money for the Cuban Healthcare system. In 2020, 7 humidors managed to raise a combined $4.71 million where $2.65 million was paid for the Cohiba humidor.
Even though no auction was organized during the Virtual Event, Habanos, S.A. unveiled a unique humidor -saying that it will be auctioned at “the Gala Dinner of the next Festival”-, made with artwork of cedar and occume, its side walls covered in gold leaf, combined with Swarovskis and mother-of-pearl scales.
Standing at 170 cm height with a width of 130 cm & a depth of 100 cm, this humidor is the perfect home for a spectacular sample of Cohiba’s most famous vitolas… 550 of them to be precise!
